Using the website
www.klaudeville.com is provided by Klaudeville, an agency based in Marikina City, Philippines. You may read it and use the contact form to get in touch. The words, images and design on the site belong to Klaudeville or the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Case studies describe past work and are not a promise of the same result for anyone else.
Using HQ
hq.klaudeville.com is a private tool. Only people we have invited may sign in, and each person may use only their own Google account. You agree to keep your account to yourself, to use HQ only for the work it was given to you for, and not to try to reach records, files or screens that are not yours. If you find something you should not be able to see, tell us rather than use it.
Anything you put into HQ about our clients or our team stays confidential. Team members are bound by the agreements they have signed with us; clients are bound by their service agreement. Those agreements come first if anything here disagrees with them.
We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the team, a project ends, or these terms are broken.
What we do not promise
The website and HQ are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or interruptions, and we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on them beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Marikina City, unless a service agreement between us says otherwise.
