Who we are
Klaudeville is an ecommerce operations and marketing agency based in Marikina City, Philippines, and part of the MSV Group. This policy covers our public website at www.klaudeville.com and our team workspace at hq.klaudeville.com. If you have any question about it, email info@klaudeville.com.
The public website
You can read every page of www.klaudeville.com without giving us anything. The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company if you add one, and your message. That is emailed to us so we can reply, and it stays in our mailbox. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. When you use the contact form, our server keeps your connection address for a few minutes only, to stop automated floods of messages.
The team workspace (HQ)
hq.klaudeville.com is a private tool for our team and, where we have agreed it, for our clients. You sign in with a Google account. Google tells us only your name and your email address; we never see your Google password and we ask for nothing else from your Google account.
Inside HQ we keep the records needed to run the work: projects and tasks, time worked, attendance photos taken when clocking in, files shared for a project, team chat, and for team members the details you enter in your own profile and any documents you upload there. Clients see only their own projects, updates, files, approvals and conversations with us, never another client's.
HQ sets two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. Nothing else.
Where it is stored and who else sees it
Website and HQ data is stored on servers run by Railway in the United States. Email from the contact form is sent through Resend. Sign-in is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We do not sell personal information, and we share it with nobody else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept in our mailbox until the conversation is over and then deleted in the ordinary course of business. HQ records are kept while there is a working relationship and for as long as we need them for our own accounts and legal obligations. Attendance photos are kept only as long as attendance records need to be kept.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@klaudeville.com and we will answer within a reasonable time. Team members can change most of their own details in HQ under My Profile. If you are in the Philippines, you also have the rights set out in the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and you may contact the National Privacy Commission.
Children
Our website and HQ are for adults doing business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date at the top. Nothing changes what we have already promised about information you gave us under an earlier version.
